Purpose:
1. After inserting the battery or pressing POWER, the LCD will be displayed in full screen mode and the buzzer will sound and enter the setting state;
2. Press SET to to Height Adjustment – Weight Adjustment – Age Adjustment – Sexual Adjustment, the height is increased or decreased by 0.5 cm, the weight is increased or decreased by 0.2 kg and the gender is converted between men and women . Press and hold ? / ? for 2 seconds to enter the quick tuning state;
3. After setting the data, press START and hold the handle with both hands to measure the corresponding fat rate, basal metabolic rate and BMI value;
4. The test results show the body fat percentage and body type, which can be divided into Emaciated, Standard and Concealing Corpulent., Muscle Corpulent and Corpulent;
